United Way of Butte and Anaconda values the privacy of our donors and we are committed to the protection of personal information that we collect during the course of our fundraising efforts and the relationships established between our Donors, Volunteers and funded Agencies.
We collect personal information from the following sources:

Donor information is obtained through the employee pledges, checks, credit cards & Pay Pal. Any financial information we receive is never shared with anyone else. All information is entered in a secure data base called Donation Tracker, which is monitored by the provider, Cascade Data Solutions.

Volunteer information is obtained through Volunteer Waivers.

Agency information is obtained through our Allocation Process.
Information collected can include:

Name, Address, Phone Number, Donation amount, Checking account information, Credit Card numbers and email addresses.
All original documents are kept in files in our office. We do not share or put at risk personal information. The offices are locked when staff is not present to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.
